He is solid black with white on his right hind pastern with good black hooves, 15.2 hands, well muscled with correct legs.

We purchased this stallion as a weanling from Greg and Susie Egbert of Helena, Montana. Greg who was the Montana AQHA race tattooer for many years also trained and raced many good horses. The Egberts raced Shadow Blurr proving her on the track, then breeding her. They were in the process of getting out of the horse business when we purchased Leroy's Brown Shadow.

Leroy's Brown Shadow has been ranch broke and trained on the ranch. Works cattle and roped off at brandings. Trained in barrels. Won the fastest times award at the 2004 Little Rockies Barrel Racing Finals. Started on poles. This horse can go from the breeding pen to ranch work or barrels, which says a lot for his disposition and heart. He's really smart and speed is no problem for him and he is very quick.
